- Purchase of ONE RO Service Pac entitles ONLY ONE lifetime Referral Sponsor Code and Account Tracking Number (IPN) be assigned each participant (or organization).  We will process your Application, verify your identity, and respond to your Registration or request within 10 business days with your official welcome letter, unless additional time is required.  If you are denied Registration, Terminated due to false information or failure to submit proper identification, or additional time is required for processing, we will notify you by email or letter and may take an additional 15 business days to respond or complete your processing and in the event application has not been approved within 21 business days. Payment is Non-refundable. Allocated RO Awards will be determined at a 26% commission rate of the Referred Registration of each purchased Service Pac processed through the Financial Merchant Gateway.  Participants are eligible for direct deposit of RO Awards after four (4) RO Service Pac purchases are completed and direct deposit banking or education institution arrangements are approved by our Business Office.   Participants are allowed three completed tenure(s) only per any twelve (12) consecutive months within trimester fiscal year subject to an Administrative Council review.  RO Crusaders may renew their participation status upon completion of each Third Tier (1Tenure).  We must receive Notification of any changes in your personal contact information within 10 business days of such change. You are responsible for performing in accordance to all Operating Procedures, conditions, privacy policies, and terms on our website.  Participant (or organization) may not reapply or resubmit an application after Termination notice is issued.

- You own your information. We will only use your information to offer you the products and services you selected. Please note that this product is intended for users in Continental North America, and when you create a F.S. ROsvs account, your user information and all data in your account will be secured and processed on servers located in the United States.  The security of your personal information is important to us. We have  implemented reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the security of the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.   However, No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. For more information about our security practices please refer to our Security /Privacy documentation. - Neither we nor any third party provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. ROsvs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF F.S. ROsvs HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) F.S. ROsvs TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, EXCEPT FOR F.S. ROsvs CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER (IF ANY), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO F.S. ROsvs OVER THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM(S) OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
