We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Participants.  We collect the following additional information from our authorized participants: the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of authorized participants.  We do not control how third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from visitors and authorized customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

All of our participants need to be familiar with our security policy and practices. The personally identifiable information of our visitors and authorized customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified Administrators who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Merchant Financial Gateway and the internet.. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to visitors or authorized customers for any such occurrences.

You should monitor your account regularly.  DO NOT Forward any URL address from this site (Property violation).  If you believe that someone has gained access to your account without your permission, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate. What information does FSROsvs collect?

● When you send or receive RO Awards using the FSROsvs Services, we will provide the other party to the financial transaction appropriate details about the transaction.
● If your payment to an FSROsvs third party services user fails, we may provide that user with details of the unsuccessful payment.
● With third parties to provide, maintain, and improve the FSROsvs Services, including fraud prevention, identity verification, analytics and marketing services, and financial institutions and other partners that are part of the compensation and payment process. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
● To the extent third party analytics software is used to improve the functionality of the FSROsvs Sites, the providers of the software may receive information about your use and interaction with the software in order to assist FSROsvs with providing and improving the FSROsvs Sites and the FSROsvs Services. Other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, FSROsvs does not disclose or sell any of your personal information to third parties without your consent. Please note that third parties, such as merchants that you pay and third party websites that you visit, have their own privacy policies. Does FSROsvs sell my personal information?  NO. FSROsvs does not sell your personal information.   Does FSROsvs transfer RO Awards or cash value through the U.S. Monetary System?   NO. All RO Awards are non-transferable outside legal arrangements stipulated in the FSROsvs Operations Procedures.  FSROsvs will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights you may have under the Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or any other applicable law or rule. FSROsvs does not base its prices or the quality of its services on the exercise or non-exercise of legal privacy rights.

 

We may gather certain information about our website visitors automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you in order to provide and improve the FSROsvs Services.  We may partner with a third party to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this website and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.

FSROsvs’s servers and business operations are entirely located in the United States. How do I update my information?
If your information changes, you can correct it in your account settings by contacting FSROsvs Registrar at regist@fsrosvs.net,  If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you the FSROsvs Services, contact us at regist@fsrosvs.net and we will respond to you in a reasonable timeframe. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the FSROsvs Services, or to the extent required by applicable law or rule.

What about the privacy of children?
FSROsvs is a general audience website. FSROsvs does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone solely under the age of 18.  Individuals under the applicable age may use our Services only through a parent or legal guardian or registered Sponsor. 

 

Rights for California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclose of the specific pieces of personal information that FSROsvs may have collected regarding you. California residents also have the right to request deletion of personal information that FSROsvs  may have collected regarding you.

ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS or SPONSORS

Only you, or someone registered with your Secretary of State in order to act upon your behalf, may make a verifiable request regarding your account. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for data access, transport, or deletion twice within a twelve-month period using process as described in the FSROsvs Operations and Procedures.  In order to submit a verifiable consumer request to FSROsvs, the request must both provide sufficient detail for FSROsvs to be able to appropriately ascertain your identity and give sufficient clarity for FSROsvs to understand the nature of the request. FSROsvs will determine the criteria for a verifiable consumer request based upon the nature of the request and account. If you have submitted a verifiable consumer request to FSROsvs,  FSROsvs will respond in a timely manner consistent with applicable law. If FSROsvs is unable to verify your request, or if FSROsvs is unable to ascertain that you are a LEGAL resident subject to the rights in this Section, FSROsvs will submit an appropriate response.
